Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4

Foundation

Intake, baseline labs review (optional), personalized nutrition plan, and introduction to the movement program. Focus: consistency, not intensity.

Phase 2 · Weeks 5–8

Momentum

Progressive overload on strength training, calorie refinement, and deeper coaching work on identity and relationship with food.

Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12

Refinement

Body-composition check, travel & social skill work, and advanced nutrition strategies like protein cycling and intentional refeeds.

Phase 4 · Weeks 13–16

Maintenance

Transition from fat-loss to maintenance calories, lock in sustainable routines, and build a personalized relapse-prevention plan for life after the program.

What if I need to pause or miss a week?

Life happens. Each member gets up to two pause weeks that extend your program end date instead of forfeiting sessions.

Do you work with dietary restrictions?

Yes — we build plans for omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most common restrictions. Medical dietary needs are supported in coordination with your physician.

Is this program covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?

It may be HSA/FSA eligible depending on your plan — ask us for a receipt template. It is not currently covered by insurance.

Can I do this program if I'm over 50?

Absolutely. The program is adapted to your baseline fitness and any mobility considerations. A large portion of our members are 45+.

What happens after the 16 weeks?

You keep your maintenance plan, graduate community access, and the recipe vault. Many members choose an optional low-cost alumni coaching add-on.
